Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyaar Mein is revolving around Virat locking Sai inside the room.

It was earlier seen that Virat wants Sai to attend the puja but she will want to go to college and therefore Virat will take a shocking step and locks her inside her room.

However Sai will once again prove that nothing can stop her and she will hence jump from the window and leaves the house.

Sai is not able to live under the dominance of Virat and his family and follow their instructions blindly.
