Star Plus show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai is revolving around Kartik and Sirat’s complex married life.

It was earlier seen that Sirat will be on cloud nine as finally she will get pregnant.

However she feels that the pregnancy will bring along with it lots of difficulties as her love for Kairav and Akshara might become less.

Sirat will hence decide to walk out of Kartik’s life and give birth to her unborn away from the eyes of the entire family.
