Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyaar Mein is going to witness a heated argument between Pakhi and Sai.

It seems that Pakhi will get very angry with Sai and pushes her and therefore she gets hurt.

Virat will just enter the room and sees Sai’s head bleeding and gets curious.

Pakhi instead of being apologetic will call Sai drama queen for trying to gain sympathy by showing Virat her wound.

Virat on the other hand will yell at Pakhi for harming Sai on her birthday.

Virat will get defensive and tries to show Pakhi the real truth.
