Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyaar Mein is going to witness a major change in Sai’s life.

It seems that Sai will soon enter the second year of her college and is working very hard to fulfil the dream of her father to become a doctor.

However Sai will soon face the biggest obstacle of her life as one of the senior professors of her college will start taking interest in Sai.
