FIR against Simoes sisters invoking sections 420/406 of the CrPC

Preeti and Neeti Simoes co-produced web show on OTT ‘Akhari Sach’ with producer Nikhil Nanda but failed to give him the end credit.

Nanda has filed an FIR against the Simoes sisters, accusing them of fraud and manipulating the end credits.

In the FIR, Nanda has accused the Simoes sisters of fraudulent activities, invoking sections 420/406 of the CrPC. 

His FIR asserts that the Simoes sisters deceived himself, a novice producer, and actors from Delhi, categorizing the situation as a clear case of fraud and manipulation. 

Apparently this is not the first time that the Simoes sister have been accused of fraud as earlier ace Comedian Kapil Sharma had also accused them for cheating him with 25 lakh.

Nikhil waits for judgement

However Nikhil has shown full trust in the justice of his country court and is expecting to win the case against his co-producers.
