In the upcoming episode of Kumkum Bhagya to show, Bulbul gets to see something wrong amid Nikhil and Tanu.
As per the ongoing track, Abhi scolds Pragya, for Tanu.
Nikhil being the real father of Tanu’s baby comes hiding in hospital to see Tanu.
But unfortunately Nikhil watches Abhi and hides himself, so that he could not get trapped.
Nikhil somehow manages to enter to hospital and slowly in Tanu’s room.
Nikhil Hides behind the curtain, and Bulbul gets to see her.
Bulbul raises a question in her mind about Tanu and Nikhil’s relation.
