Anupama rules on the television screens. It is a remake of Star Jalsha's Bengali series Sreemoyee, produced by Rajan and Deepa Shahi under the auspices of Director's Kut Productions. 

It seems that Anuj and Anupama love each other but are not able to unite as the two are constantly reminded about their past.

Anupama will decide to stay away from Anuj and not give her life one more chance due to Adhya.

Adhya on the other hand is very insecure and will not know how to handle this situation.

Adhya will end her life by committing suicide and this is going to be the biggest turning point of the show.

She hates Anupama and was scared that Anuj might leave her and go back to her one day and hence in stress she will do the unthinkable.

Anuj deals with loss

Anuj will not be able to deal with this loss and loses his mental stability.

Anupama on the other hand will be seen shattered and decides to leave a silent life away from her lived ones.
