Anupama rules on the television screens. It is a remake of Star Jalsha's Bengali series Sreemoyee, produced by Rajan and Deepa Shahi under the auspices of Director's Kut Productions. 

It seems that Ishaani will get hospitalised as Babuji will give her wrong medication.

She will have a near death experience as the medication will have a very bad effect on Ishaani.

Pakhi will use this incident as a weapon and puts Babuji in guilt trip.

She will accuse Babuji of being careless towards Ishaani as due to him Ishaani could have died today.

Babuji will be in tears but Pakhi will not stop as she will continuously blame and yell at Babuji.

Babuji will fold hands in front of Pakhi as she cannot see hold back her anger.

Anupama and Vanraj will try to stop Pakhi but she will not listen to anyone.
