YRKKH: Abhinav believes to reunite with his family Akshara and Abhir again

The twists and turns of Yeh Rishta Kya kehlata Hai is getting top and notch and exclusive with tremendous high voltage drama.

As of the recent episodes, Abhi (Harshad Chopra) and Akshara (Pranali Rathod) are about to get into most difficult ride of their lives.

Akshara and Abhinav are seen happy as they decided to take their relationship to the nest level.

But the happiness gets crumbling down as Abhir faints and he taken to the hospital in serious condition.

Soon Akshara and Abhinav get a major shock as they discover Abhir has a hole in his heart.

Both Akshara and Abhinav have their hopes tied up while the only left out option is Abhi.
