In the upcoming episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai now there will be some immense twist that will hammer Abhimanyu and Akshara's life.

It will be seen that Akshara will now have no other option but to call out Abhimanyu for help to save Abhinav.

As the story will progress there will be seen some advancement amidst Abhimanyu and Akshara's relationship.
