Star Plus show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai is revolving around Abhimanyu facing one of the biggest jolts of his life.
It seems that Abhimanyu will see a crowd on the roadside and goes to check.
He will see that a young boy is lying unconscious on the road and his mother is crying.
Abhimanyu will be seen trying to help the child by pressing his chest hard.
However he will not be able to do so as one of his hands are not working.
