Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyaar Mein is revolving around Tony going to the hospital where Sai works and keeping all the staff doctors patient and nurses as hostages.

It seems that Tony is a heartless goon who killed his own friend who was slowing him down.

He will attack on the hospital and keeps people as hostage to make the police dance on their finger tips.

Tony will ask Virat and his police force to give him a helicopter along with a pilot in the next three hours or he will start killing all the people stuck in the hospital.
