One of the doctors will get a call and will try to ask for help but the goons will see her and shoot her.

The doctor will die in front of Pakhi and Bhavani leaving them scared and defenceless.

Pakhi and Bhavani will try to hide from the goons and will not come in front of them.

Later Pakhi will send a message to Virat informing him that they are being attacked by few goons in a hospital.
