It was earlier seen that Sai Pakhi and Bhavani go to visit a doctor as they want to make sure that Pakhi is doing well and her pregnancy is positive.

Few goons who have already attacked and looted a bank nearby will come to the hospital to hide from the cops and use the people around as human Shields.

One of the goons will be identified as Jagtap who kidnapped Sai and due to whom Samrat lost his life.
