It seems that Aarohi will give wrong medication to Abhimanyu’s young patient named Vihaan and due to that he will start getting conversions.

Vihaan’s condition will become very poor and hence his parents will start panicking and threaten to call the cops.

Abhimanyu will not be listening to Vihaan’s parents and will focus on saving Vihaan’s life as it’s the most important thing to do at this point of time.
