Star Plus show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai is revolving around Sanjay setting Birla hospital on fire.
It seems that Abhimanyu will raise his hands on Sanjay as he misbehaved with Akshara.
Sanjay will come back to Birla hospital and sets the hospital on fire to seek revenge from Abhimanyu.
Shockingly Abhimanyu and Akshara will try to help all the patient who are trapped in fire.
Unfortunately Abhimanyu and Akshara are not able to escape from the fire and fall unconscious.
