Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyaar Mein is revolving around Pakhi making it impossible for Sai to have a child through surrogacy.

It seems that after lots of ups and down Sai will be able to get Geeta who is willing to lend her womb for surrogacy.

However things will not be as simple as it appears as Pakhi will go to Geeta and brainwash her against Sai.

She will also do the unthinkable by getting goons to attack Sai so that she is not able to get to Geeta on time and bring her to hospital.
