Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyaar Mein is revolving around Bhavani taking Pakhi to a doctor to know if she is physically fit to have kids or not.
It seems that Bhavani and Pakhi will go to visit a doctor to know if Pakhi is physically fit to have a kid or not.
Both Bhavani and Pakhi will be elated that Pakhi is physically very strong will definitely be able to have kids without any problem.
However the doctor will inform Pakhi that she is not eligible to become a surrogate mother as she is not having kids of her own.
It is a rule that only woman who already has a child of her own can go for surrogacy.
