Recently We have seen that Maya gets shocked seeing Anubhav in Gungun's room. She warns him to leave. 

She then tells Gungun that she is going to sell all of the Ridesh's property and take her to United States. Gungun and Anubhav gets shocked.

The Story takes an interesting turn when Maya tells Gungun that she will sell Ridesh's house no matter what when Gungun tells her that she won't let her sell it as it has memories of Ridesh.
