Zee TV's popular hit show Kundali Bhagya is all set to keep it's audience hooked to their Television screens with it's high voltage drama. The show is gearing up for many twists and turns. 

Recently We have seen that Karan accuses Preeta of framing him in the match fixing case. Preeta gets Heart Broken hearing his words. 

However Sameer realises his mistakes and apologies to Preeta for doubting her. They join proofs and expose Prithvi but unfortunately they have lost the proofs hence they fail to prove him as the culprit. 

The Story takes an interesting turn when Karan accuses Preeta yet again. 

Preeta decides to share good news with Karan

Preeta feels dizzy and she faints. Shristi admits her in the Hospital and to her surprise the Doctor reveals to her that she is Pregnant. 

The Doctor does the ultra sound and it is revealed that she is carrying twists. Preeta gets elated and tears flow from her eyes. 

Preeta gets excited thinking about Karan's happiness and decides to tell him about her Pregnancy.
