In the upcoming track of the popular show Kundali Bhagya, the drama is going to intensify with the show gearing up for a new twist with Preeta getting Pregnant. 

Karan gets jailed and he accuses Preeta of framing him which breaks Preeta. 

However Preeta still doesn't give up on him and keeps going on with her motive to prove him innocent.
