Anupama was a dancing diva in college, and Anuj was mesmerized by her and had a crush on her.

Back in the day, Anuj Kapadia was a spoiled brat and was madly in love with Anupama but could not go ahead and propose her.

Anuj wasn't as mature as he is today and would show off in college.

Anupama never paid attention to him and later got married to Vanraj and ruined her life.
