Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyaar Mein is revolving around Sai finally becoming a doctor.

It was earlier seen that Virat will want to get transfer to another city as he can no longer tolerate Sai and the Chavan family.

Sai will try to stop Virat from doing so but she will fail as Virat has given her strict warning not to interfere in his matters.

Soon the day will come when Sai will also clear her exams and becomes a doctor.

She will take job in the same place where Virat has got transferred.

This is going to be the biggest turning point of the show as Virat and Sai will once again come face to face with each other.
