Star Plus show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai is revolving around Abhimanyu and Akshara going against their family to fight for their love.

It seems that Manish will not be able to handle the pressure and suffers a heart attack.

Aarohi will not waste time and takes Manish to Birla hospital but Harshvardhan will struggle to get a heart specialist as Abhimanyu has left the hospital.

Later on Abhimanyu will go to Birla hospital and leave his ego beside to perform the heart surgery and saves Manish’s life.

This is going to be very difficult for Akshara and her family as they will not be able to see Manish’s suffering.

Aarohi burst out at Akshara

Aarohi on the other hand will start blaming Akshara for Manish’s condition.
