Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyaar Mein: Sai unable to understand Virat once again

Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyaar Mein is revolving around Pulkit agreeing to operate on Shruti due to Sai.

It was earlier seen that Shruti is having come complication and hence Pulkit will agree to do her operation.

Just before the operation the hospital will ask Virat to sign few NOC so that if anything happens to Shruti while operating there are not held responsible for it.

Virat will feel bad that Sai is behaving badly with him and continuously calling him Mr Chavan and Shruti as Mrs Chavan.

Sai on the other hand will feel that Virat is very attached to Shruti and hence is not able to sign the documents.

Virat in huge dilemma

Things are becoming very difficult for everyone around them as no one is able to understand each other.
