Star Plus show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai is revolving around Akshara meeting with a sudden accident and Abhimanyu taking charge of her operation.
It seems that Harshvardhan will see the way Abhimanyu is broken after seeing Akshara in such a condition and later operate on her to save her life.
