Star Plus show Anupamaa is revolving around Malvika seeking help from Anupamaa.

It seems that Malvika has been keeping her anger and pain inside her for the longest time as she is not able to express her feeling in front of the world.

Anupamaa will motivate Malvika to take out her frustration and not to keep things inside her heart any longer.

Anupamaa will take a pillow and will ask Malvika to think that the pillow is actually her ex husband and hence take out her anger on him.

Though Malvika will be a little hesitant but she will follow Anupamaa’s instruction and will vent out her anger on the pillow and tear it into pieces.
