Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyaar Mein: Shruti aka Shafaq Naaz finds herself lucky

Shafaq Naaz entered the show as Shruti and her character, unknowingly has created a rift between Virat and Sai.

According to Shafaq, “Well, I liked the character Shruti. It’s quite different from what I’ve played so far and the character had significance in the story line. I’d worked with the producers before on one of my initial projects. I know the crew very well too. So, I knew I will have a good time doing the project and hence I took it up”.

When asked about her working experience with actor Neil Bhatt, Shafaq said, “I have most of my scenes with Neil aka Virat. He is quite a dedicated and hardworking actor. He also puts in his creative inputs and thoughts in the scenes. It’s great to work with a sincere actor like him. I haven’t shot much with the rest of the cast. The other day, I shot a promo wherein I met Ayesha who plays Sai. She’s a nice actress”.

Shafaq chose to ignore hate comments

She further added, “Considering Virat-Sai’s massive fan-following, I thought that I would get a lot of hatred, however, to my surprise, I haven’t been getting the same. I believe the fans are sensible enough to understand Shruti and thus they sympathies and comprehend her much better. Although there are a couple of hate comments which I chose to ignore”.
