Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyaar Mein is revolving around Virat leaving Sai’s party to be with Shruti.

It seems that Virat will once again leave Sai between her celebrations as Shruti is not keeping well and needs him beside her.

This will irk Sai as she is not ready to share Virat’s attention with anyone.
