Star Plus show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai is revolving around Goenka family bringing Aarohi to their hospital for treatment.
It seems that Goenka family will get panic after seeing blood coming out of Aarohi’s hand as she will meet with an accident.
Akshara would have planned to meet Abhimanyu and clear the misunderstanding but seeing Aarohi and her family pass by Akshara leaves Abhimanyu and follows Goenka family.
Abhimanyu will be seen waiting for Akshara but she will be too busy with Aarohi and will not bother about Abhimanyu.
