Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyaar Mein is revolving around Sai’s shocking accident.

It was earlier seen that Sai will meet with an accident and will be rushed to hospital where the doctors will plan to operate her immediately.

The operation is going to be very critical as Sai will be seen battling between life and death.

Shocking after the accident Sai will not be normal and will in fact become violent.

The doctors will later run few tests and will reveal that she is mentally retarded.
