Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyaar Mein is revolving around Sai making an exit from Virat as well as Chavan Families life.

It seems that while going back to her village Sai will meet a terrible accident and due to that she has to undergo a major brain surgery.

Sai will defeat death and come back as a warrior but unfortunately due to the accident she will suffer partial memory loss.
