Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyaar Mein is revolving around Sai interaction with an old lady.

It seems that an old lady will be driving her car and by mistake hits one of her own student.

Sai will be present their and as a mark of respect towards medical profession she will offer help to the old lady and takes the child to hospital.

She will give first aid to the boy as she is a medical student and has idea of how to handle such cases.

Fortunately the old lady is Samrat acquaintance and Samrat will come running to the hospital after getting to know about the accident.

Sai on the other hand will get shocked to see Samrat in front of her eyes.
