Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyaar Mein is revolving around a Sai’s stay in Mahabaleshwar.

It seems that Virat and Sai will have a huge fight and therefore Sai will walk out from there.

Later Sai will witness an accident and will offer help to a young boy.

Sai will get overwhelmed to know that the boy’s name is Virat and will offer him help.

Virat will be very scared as he cannot bare the pain and will be seen crying.

However Sai will take care of him to a nearby nursing home and help him out.
