Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyaar Mein is revolving around Pakhi insecurity towards Virat and Sai relationship.

It was earlier seen that Virat and Sai go for a vacation and this will leave Pakhi shocked and depressed.

Pakhi will get sick and will cry in front of Bhavani Ninad and Mansi about the emptiness in her life.

She will further reveal that she has no zeal towards life and wants to end her life as nothing makes her happy or sad.

Ashwini will try to pacify Pakhi but she will instead argue with her and insults her.
