It was earlier seen that Sherlyn is furious with Luthra family’s care for Preeta. 

Sherlyn feels that Preeta is not pregnant and she decides to reveal the truth in front of everyone. 

On the other hand, she also puts Preeta’s life at danger while she goes in the kitchen.
