Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyaar Mein is revolving around Pulkit’s concern and love for Sai.
It seems that Pulkit will be broken emotionally as he will witness tears in Sai’s eye and comes to know the kind of trauma she has to face in Chavan Nivas.
Pulkit will hence decide that after getting discharged from hospital Sai will not go to Chavan Nivas and in fact come with him to his house.
