Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyaar Mein is revolving around Sai’s sudden accident.

It seems that Virat will bring Sai to hospital as she will battle between life and death.

Pulkit will some to know that Virat is partially responsible for Sai’s condition as due to him Sai ran away from house.

Virat will soon do the unthinkable and call the cops and gets Virat arrested.

Virat will be too emotionally drained to defend himself and will therefore accept all the charges.
