Anupamaa: Alpana Buch tested negative of covid 19

It seems that the cast and the crew of the show had to face some tough time as one after another all of them were testing positive of the dangerous virus.

Several cast members tested positive and one of them was actor Alpana Buch, who plays the role of Anupamaa's mother-in-law.

Luckily the actress has now turned negative.

She said, “Fortunately, I isolated myself just in time – two days before I tested positive for COVID-19. I realised that something was wrong and felt uneasy. My only worry was my 80-year-old father-in-law. After I tested positive, we made him undergo a test, too. To my relief, his result came negative.”

She further added, “You can’t help a situation like this. Hats off to the creative team, writers and the producer for managing the show so well even when the principal cast was not available to shoot. I am sure it must have been difficult and challenging to accommodate the absence of so many people at a time. The good news is that most of us are back to work.”

She might start shooting tomorrow

“Yes, in all likelihood, I am resuming the shoot from tomorrow. Of course, my family is worried for my health and safety, but they know that I can’t stop working. Sabko yahi darr lag raha hai ki thoda rest mil jaaye, hygiene and khaane peene ka dhyaan rakhu main. I have promised them that I will take care of my health and safety," she concluded.
