Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai is revolving around Gayu’s mental health.
It seems that Rhea is pissed off with Gayu and her inability to believe that Naira is dead.
Gayu will feel thinking Sirat to be Naira and hence gets angry with Rhea for trying to get close to Kartik or the kids.
Rhea will come up with an idea to instigate Gayu and makes her believe that Naira is dead.
Gayu will take the car in anger and goes on high speed in anger.
Sirat will try to help Gayu by coming before the car and putting her life in danger.
