Choti Sardarni is based on Meher fight to survive in this world full of hatred.

It was earlier seen that Seher has a chronic disease and hence Meher will go to hospital for her treatment.

Amid all this Seher condition will get bad and she will need blood.

Her blood group will not be available and this will leave everyone in a panic situation.

Later on Param will offer help as he has the same blood group.

However Sarabjit will try to stop him initially but seeing Seher condition he will let Param give his blood.
