The news of the bringing down of Aarey forest for the construction of Mumbai Metro car has created a lot of tension in the city lately. Several Bollywood and celebrities from the industry have expressed mixed opinions on the issue.

Ironically Amitabh Bachchan and Akshay Kumar supported the construction of Mumbai Metro, TV actor Nakuul Mehta shared a cryptic message on his social media taking a dig at Bollywood stars.

He wrote “In today's sponsored/political tweets, we have Bollywood loving the metro. Cute. #SaveAarey#MumbaiMetro.”
