Veteran actor passed away due to cancer
Veteran and outstanding Marathi actor Ramesh Bhatkar, who ruled the hearts of his audience for nearly three decades, died yesterday.
The actor was battling with cancer for a long time now and passed away today at the Elizabeth Hospital in Mumbai.
The actor was 69 years old and was last seen in Anupam Kher's The Accidental Prime Minister.
Ramesh was a prolific face in Marathi theatre and cinema where his show Hello Inspector and Damink were really popular.
