The upcoming episodes of Star Plus’ daily popular show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai will witness some major twist and turns.

It was earlier seen that Naira (Shivangi Joshi) has been diagnosed with brain tumor and hence the entire family is tensed about her surgery.

In episodes to come Naira will get dressed up for her marriage but just then she will forget everything.

She will forget why she is dressed up much and will get confused.

In the confused state she will run away from the hospital leaving her family in state of shock.

If rumours are to be believed Naitik (Vishal Singh) will come to know about it and hence suffers heart attack.
