Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai: Naitik gets heart attack, Naira panics

The upcoming episodes of Star Plus’ daily popular show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai will witness some major twist and turns.

It was earlier seen that Kartik (Mohsin Khan) and Naira (Shivangi Joshi) are in the same college and building and keep bumping into each other.

Shockingly Naira will forget her ID card and hence Naitik (Vishal Singh) will go to college to give her the card.

However Naitik will get shocked to see Kartik in the same college and will hence suffer a heart attack.
