Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai: Naira held responsible for Naitik’s heart attack

The upcoming episodes of Star Plus’ daily popular show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai will witness some major twist and turns.

It was earlier seen that Kartik (Mohsin Khan) and Naira (Shivangi Joshi) have met each other after two long years in Mumbai.

However things are very awkward between the two as both will not be talking to each other.

The show will soon take a dramatic twist as Naitik (Vishal Singh) will suffer a minor heart attack in Mumbai.

Naksh (Rishi Dev) will come to know about it and gets pissed with Naira for not taking care of Naitik.
