Nisha will fake her brain tumor disease to again sympathy from Jhanvi.

Shockingly Nisha will add something in the flour that will be used for making laddoos to harm Neha.

Apparently Nisha conspires to kill Neha’s baby by the poison she added in the flour, so that Jhanvi is blamed for Neha’s miscarriage.
