In the upcoming episode, it will be shown that while Naveen is eating food Om ji will irritate him and he will get angry.

Then they both will indulges in an heated argument so then Naveen gets very angry and says that he will throw him out of the house.

Om ji gets angry hearing this and then he again argues with him making him more angry.
