Yeh Hai Mohabbatein: Aliya's love confessiong for Mihir makes Ishita, Aditya and Raman (Karan Patel) shocked

In the upocming episode, the show to witness high voltage drama as Aliya takes Mihir hospital till then Ishita and Raman also reach hospital.

Aliya hugs Ishita and cries, Ishita try to console Aliya and says that everything will get fine.

Then doctor tells that  they will have to operate Mihir so Aliya asks doctor to save his life.

Ishita  consoles Aliya and asks her to drink coffee  but she refuses and confesses her love for Mihir.
