Thapki Pyaar Ki: Thapki gets shocked to see Dhruv's love letter for her but Dhruv tells her that it is old love letter

In the upcoming episode, Dhruv is in hall and his papers falls down and gets scattered just then Thapki comes there.
Thapki is coming from kitchen, she came to take water from kitchen but when she sees Dhruv then she thinks to help him but then she gets shocked to see Dhruv’s love letter for her.
Dhruv gets tensed and tells that it is old love letter and says that if you don’t trust me then you can see the date on the love letter.
Thapki gets confused
Dhruv goes from there and Thapki gets confuses, she is not able to understand whether he has really changed or not.
Actually Dhruv and Shraddha have apologized to her so she is confused that they are pretending or not but then she suspects that they are pretending to be changed.
